Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund from receipt on any product. Email [email protected] or call 888-588-4805 to start a return. Refunds go to your original payment method. Your statement shows Promedtools.

Promedtools is operated by Crystal Summit LLC, 1238 W 300 N, St. George, UT 84770.

How to request a refund

1. Contact us at [email protected] or 888-588-4805 within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your name, delivery address, and order details so we can locate your purchase.
3. If a return is required, we will issue an RMA number. Write it on the outside of the package and ship the product to the fulfillment address we provide.
4. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be applied, and up to 5 additional days for it to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

We also refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges.
